I was recommended to go here for an honest and easy tire alignment. Jen at the front desk was super responsive and relatable. My appointment was fast and I was seen right at walk in after a morning call to check they could fit me in. Bruno came to inform me that I had other issues to address before they could do what I went in for. Long story shortened, I highly recommend them for any honest customer service! They were friendly and honest and extremely helpful to me. Any reviews claiming anything other is complete rubbish! This is an honest shop that will get the job done and honestly tell you if anything will deter that and recommend action you need to take to be safe on he road. 10/10 and if I do go back, (which I will, I forgot to mention I had a cv joint and axle replaced, which would require an alignment) I will certainly give another honest review! Best shop in Brookfield!

The only place to go for tires! Jen and Bruno are the best. Over the years, I’ve bought around 60 tires from them, and they’ve always taken care of me. Great pricing, great customer service, and always honest and helpful. They’re the only call you need to make!

The crew at Best Buy Discount Tires is incredible. I recently had to deal with a flat and faced a few challenges in getting it sorted out. I called Best Buy and spoke with Jen who suggested a plan of action, and I later worked with Bruno to get it done. They were so professional, friendly, attentive and kind. As a result, they saved me a lot of additional expense and an immeasurable amount of stress. It's an incredible blessing to have such a great business with such amazing people in our community! A million thanks to Jen, Bruno and everyone at Best Buy!

I drive a Ford subcompact 2 Wheel drive car, and I had terrible tires on it for the winter. This place got me excellent tires at a great price, real quick. Now I can go just about anywhere in the snow!

I had great experiences with Best Buy Discount Tires in the past for many years but as far as my recent visit, the only rating I can give is one star. I dropped off a set of new expensive wheels ($3,200+, 4 month lead time to receive) along with new tires for a mount and balance service. I picked them up an hour later, paid, loaded them up and left. Later on after I installed the wheels on my car, and gave everything a thorough wash, I found damage on all four wheels within the center cap area (paint gouges). And one wheel I found a paint chip on the edge after cleaning up the tire mounting grease. The pictures attached show the damage. Overall, I am truly dissapointed and cannot recommend this tire shop.
